Our family of home brewers wanted to do something different. After spending many of our nights and weekends crafting different beers and ciders, we discovered honey wine, or mead.
We combine our brewing techniques with mead and found the perfect match, and have developed a wide range of flavor combinations. We have a passion for mead and love to share it with our customers.
The Gordon family welcomes you to Breaking Brew Meadery, the first mead tap room located in Dallas, Texas, for a new kind of brewery experience. Please join us to try any of our mead currently on tap, and with several more flavors coming soon, each trip to the Meadery is sure to be different than the last.

In this beginner class you will learn about the history of mead, the wonderful world of honey, the magical honey bee, and how to make mead.
Our Main ticket includes: A mead kit and your own take-home mead, honey tasting, mead tasting and mead class.
Our Guest ticket includes: Honey tasting, mead tasting and mead class.
